Q: Do you charge candidates for getting hired?
A: No we do not charge our candidates to get hired. It is against the UAE Labor Law to charge the candidates to be placed. There’s a lot of misconception about this because there are fraudulent companies pretending to provide jobs to people and charge the candidates for interviews and placements.

A: Yes we do! We have Induction and Orientation programs for new joiners as well as Customized Training services.
Q: What are your working days and hours?
A: We work a 5-day week from Monday to Friday. And our working hours are from 08:30 to 17:30.

Q: What is the process to get the UAE MOFA Attestation done on the Education Certificate?
A: The Education Certificate have to be first attested from Ministry Of Foreign Affairs in your Home Country.
The candidates can then visit the nearest TASHEEL office to get the UAE MOFA attestation. It’s generally done within a day’s time.

Q: How long does it take for new visa to be issued?
A: It may take anywhere from 7 to 15 days excluding visa stamping. But the timelines are subject to Ministry approvals.
Q: How long does it take for visa stamping?
A: It may take upto 10-15 days upon the issuance of the Insurance Card.
Q: What is the TAT for any letter request?
A: Requests for Salary Certificates, Salary Transfer Letters, Employment Certificates, Pay Slips, and any such document to be issued internally by the Agency will be provided on the same day up to 48 hours. Whereas, requests for documents from 3rd party e.g., Labor Contract, Insurance Certificates, and the like will be provided within 2 – 4 working days.
